Consultancy

Bridge House Community Trust has recently successfully carried out a number of consultancies involving the voluntary and staututory sectors, and this is an area of work we are aiming to develop in the future.

The consultancies are done to a high level and at an affordable rate. This work is mainly carried out by Geraldine Bentley, but with the support of the Bridge House team.

Recent areas of work
These have included -

• writing Wiltshire’s Commissioning Strategy and Plan for people with physical impairment which is currently out for consultation.
• transition planning from Children’s to Adult Services for Bath & NE Somerset Council.
• developing work around the modernisation agenda for Wiltshire County Council
• looking at how support services can be developed in the future around independent living for Wiltshire County Council
