Outcome monitoring is becoming a requirement for statutory and trust funding. We can help you look at the outcomes for your service, and devise appropriate indicators. We can also help in setting up questionnaires for your monitoring systems, which are essential for evaluating the work you do, and for shaping your service delivery.
