Admission Policy

We have a list of children who regularly attend the scheme.  You can place your name on the list by contacting the Administrator on 01225 767993.

Places cannot be guaranteed but we will endeavour to meet requests wherever possible.

Parents / carer’s must complete the Fees and Booking Form together with a Medical Form (if required) for the child which must be received by the Administrator by the closing date as stated on the form.

By signing the Fees and Booking Form, Parents / Carer’s are agreeing to adhere to the Playscheme policies and guidelines.
