Volunteering Opportunities

The West Wilts Special Needs Activity Playscheme is a summer play scheme for children with special needs in West Wiltshire. It runs for two weeks during the summer holidays. 

The scheme depends very much on volunteers.  We welcome applications from anyone who is interested in volunteering from age 14 upwards.

The Playscheme is registered for children with special needs from 0 to 18 years of age. Volunteers aged 16 and over would be required to apply for an Enhanced CRB Disclosure.

Training Day

This Training Day is for Volunteers taking part in the scheme, and provides information about the scheme, as well as the opportunity to meet other volunteers.

The training is free, and is at Bridge House, Stallard Street, Trowbridge.
